02 — Data Collection
We collect business underwriting telemetry, director identity-verification data, and bank settlement records strictly for KYC, AML, and risk evaluation.
03 — Data Sharing & Lawful Basis
Where necessary to assess, structure, administer, or protect a commercial facility, data may be shared with credit reference agencies, commercial solicitors, and Open Banking API providers. Processing is based on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or explicit consent as appropriate.
04 — Retention, Security & User Rights
Commercial underwriting and facility records are retained for six years where statutory requirements apply. We use 256-bit TLS security in transit. Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, subject to applicable law.
